We met up at the park there in New York and got to experience my first time playing chase on an obstacle course with my camera! HA! We had so much fun playing on the slides and then spun until we were DIZZY! Just when I thought the shoot couldn’t have gone any better, Dad brought out the baseball gloves, balls and bat!!! Jackson was knocking them out of the park! Just when you thought he couldn’t do any better, they swapped places and Jackson began fielding the balls!! I mean the epitome of athletic, motivated, focused, driven, and CAPABLE! We had a great time hanging out with Jackson and his family! You can feel the love they share!

When we asked the family about Jackson, they said:

Jackson, our 4-year-old son with Down Syndrome, is a blessing to our family. His loving heart and contagious sense of humor brighten our days. Jackson's unwavering determination and resilience in the face of challenges inspire us. He has a passion for sports, especially baseball and basketball, and his enthusiasm and determination on the field are truly inspiring. Jackson also loves dancing and brings joy to everyone with his moves. His love for his siblings Abby and Luke is heartwarming, and he has a special bond with them. He has an uncanny ability to make any moment feel cozy and warm with his hugs and snuggles. Music is another passion for Jackson, and he finds happiness and comfort in listening to his favorite tunes. As Jackson embarks on the next chapter in his life, entering kindergarten, we are proud of the incredible young boy he has become. He is a shining example of limitless potential and unique gifts. We are grateful to have Jackson in our lives, and we know he will continue to make a positive impact on those around him. We are beyond proud to call him our son.
